摘要
推进课程思政建设是当前高等院校深化教学改革的重要任务,也是新时代高等院校落实立德树人根本任务的现实需要。坚定奉法强国的信念、培养尊法据理的法治思维、运用精准练达的辩证方法、遵守职业伦理与职业规范是刑法学课程思政元素的主要特点。从思政课堂、刑事政策、中华传统文化、实践教学等维度挖掘刑法学课程思政元素,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等教学全过程融入刑法学课程思政元素,构建刑法学课程思政教学体系,提高育人成效,为法治国家建设培养德法兼修的高素质法治人才。
It is an important task for colleges and universities to deepen the teaching reform and also a realistic need in the new era to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents.The main characteristics of the ideological and political elements of criminal law course are the belief of strengthening the country by law,cultivating the legal thinking of respecting law and reasoning,using precise and skillful dialectical methods,and abiding by professional ethics and professional norms.The ideological and political elements of criminal law course are mined from the dimensions of ideological and political classroom,criminal policy,traditional Chinese culture and practical teaching.The ideological and political elements of criminal law curriculum should be integrated into the whole teaching process from teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,so as to construct the ideological and political teaching system of criminal law curriculum,improve the education effect,and cultivate high-quality legal talents with both moral and law for the construction of the rule of law country.
