“电气控制及PLC”虚拟仿真实验教学探索与实践

摘要 针对疫情背景下传统“电气控制及PLC”实验教学方案不适用于线上教学的问题,提出在线平台与虚拟仿真技术相结合的教学模式。基于学习通平台发布自制教学视频资料,以西门子自动化软件TIA Portal和PLCSIM作为仿真工具实现无硬件调试。该教学模式激发了学生学习的自主性和创造性,提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力,保障了学生的学习效果。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional electrical control and PLC experimental teaching scheme is not suitable for online teaching under the background of epidemic situation,a teaching mode combining online platform and virtual simulation technology was proposed.Self-made teaching video materials were published based on chaoxing app.At the same time,Siemens automation software TIA Portal and PLCSIM were used as simulation tools to achieve hardware-free debugging.This teaching mode stimulates students'autonomy and creativity in learning,and improves their ability to analyze and solve problems,so as to ensure the learning efficiency of the students.
