UPLC-MS/MS法同时检验血液中8种杀虫剂

摘要 建立一种超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时检验血液中8种杀虫剂的方法。采用乙腈沉淀蛋白法提取目标物,电喷雾离子源正离子模式(ESI+)下,多反应监控(MRM)分析。结果表明,血液中8种杀虫剂检出限均低于0.30 ng/mL,定量限均低于0.99 ng/mL;在0.5~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,R^(2)均大于0.9972;在低、中、高(0.5 ng/mL、5 ng/mL、50 ng/mL)三种添加浓度中基质效应在87.20%~109.70%之间,提取回收率在92.51%~111.34%之间,日内、日间精密度RSD均不大于6.75%。本方法专属性好、灵敏度高、准确性好,可用于快速检验中8种杀虫剂。 A method was established for the simultaneous determination of 8 insecticides in blood by ultra performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The target compounds were extracted by acetonitrile precipitation protein method,and analyzed by multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)under positive ion mode(ESI+)of the electrospray ion source.The results showed that the detection limits of 8 insecticides in blood were 0.30 ng/mL and 0.99 ng/mL,respectively.The linear relationship was good in the range of 0.5~50 ng/mL,and R^(2) was greater than 0.9972.In the low,medium and high(0.5 ng/mL,5 ng/mL,50 ng/mL)concentrations,the matrix effect was between 87.20%and 109.70%,the extraction recovery was between 92.51%and 111.34%,and the intra-day and inter-day precision RSD was not above 6.75%.The method had good specificity,high sensitivity and good accuracy,and can be used for rapid detection of 8 insecticides.
