摘要
文章旨在研究益生菌对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性及肠道健康的影响,试验选取300只体况相近的肉鸡为研究对象,随机分为4个处理,试验日粮添加0%(对照组)、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的益生菌菌剂。结果表明,添加0.1%益生菌对肉鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),0.3%益生菌处理的日采食量和日增重与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),料重比比对照组降低了8.8%,0.5%益生菌处理的日采食量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),日均增重比对照组显著提高10.4%(P<0.05),料重比比对照组显著降低9.9%(P<0.05);添加0.1%益生菌对肉鸡空肠的消化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05),0.3%益生菌处理的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性比对照组分别显著提高15%、44%和47%(P<0.05),0.5%益生菌处理的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性比对照组分别显著提高32%、47%和58%(P<0.05);添加0.1%益生菌显著降低了肉鸡肠道炎症(P<0.05),对其他肠道健康指标无显著影响(P>0.05),添加0.3%和0.5%益生菌均可显著提高肉鸡空肠的绒毛高度、绒隐比、SIgA含量、肠道屏障基因Occludin和ZO-1的表达,对隐窝深度无显著影响(P>0.05),显著降低肉鸡空肠的肠道炎症(P<0.05),其中,添加0.5%效果最优,使得SIgA含量比对照组增加了42.5%,Occludin表达量增加了114%,ZO-1表达量增加了48%。综上所述,益生菌可以显著提高肉鸡的肠道消化酶活性,改善肠道健康状况,从而提高肉鸡的生长性能,其中0.5%添加比例效果最优。
In order to study the effects of probiotics on growth performance,digestive enzyme activity and intestinal health of broilers,300 broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments.0%,0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%probiotic agents were added to the basal diet.The results showed that the addition of 0.1%probiotics had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers,and the daily feed intake and daily gain of 0.3%probiotics treatment were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 8.8%,and the daily feed intake of 0.5%probiotics treatment was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05),and the average daily gain was 10.4%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to weight was 9.9%lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).0.1%probiotics had no significant effect on digestive enzyme activity in jejunum of broilers(P>0.05).Trypsin,lipase and amylase activities treated with 0.3%probiotics increased significantly by 15%,44%and 47%respectively compared with the control group(P<0.05).The activities of trypsin,lipase and amylase treated by probiotics were significantly increased by 32%,47%and 58%,respectively(P<0.05).Addition of 0.1%probiotics significantly reduced intestinal inflammation in broilers,but had no significant effect on other intestinal health indexes(P>0.05).Addition of 0.3%and 0.5%probiotics significantly increased villus height,villus-to-crypt ratio,SIgA content,intestinal barrier gene Occludin and ZO-1 expression in jejunum of broilers,but had no significant effect on crypt depth(P>0.05).The addition of 0.5%had the best effect,resulting in a 42.5%increase in SIgA content compared with the control group,an increase of 114%and a 48%increase in the expression of Occludin and ZO-1.In summary,probiotics can significantly increase the intestinal digestive enzyme activity and improve the intestinal health status of broilers,thus improving the growth performance of broilers.
