弹性机翼阵风减缓系统故障影响分析

摘要 针对弹性机翼阵风响应问题,采用最小状态法近似非定常气动力得到机翼状态空间方程,通过PI控制减缓“1-cos”离散阵风和连续阵风下翼根弯矩响应,考虑舵面卡阻、漂浮、振荡和控制受限四种典型故障模式对于机翼结构完整性的影响。结果表明卡阻故障下最大增加28.7%额外载荷;漂浮故障下飞行包线减小影响系统稳定性;振荡故障下最大增加23.7%额外载荷并会影响机翼疲劳寿命;控制受限故障下最大增加1.7%额外载荷,速率受限可能引发系统不稳定。 Aiming at the problem of gust response of an elastic wing,the minimum state method was used to ap⁃proximate the unsteady aerodynamic force to obtain the wing state space equation.The proportional,integral and dif⁃ferential(PID)control theory was used to mitigate the moment response of the wing root under"1-cos"discrete and continuous gusts,and the influence of four fault modes of rudder surface on the wing was considered,including hitch,float,oscillation and deflection constraint.The results show that under the condition of jamming fault,the maximum increase in additional load is 28.7%;The reduction of flight envelope under floating fault affects system stability;Under oscillating faults,the maximum increase in additional load is 23.7%,which will affect the fatigue life of the wing;Under limited control faults,the maximum increase in additional load is 1.7%,and limited speed may cause system instability.
