摘要
在多端口并行采样过程中,不同输入通道之间存在失配造成的误差,导致数据采集不准确,且存在大量的冗余数据,增加了数据传输的负担。为了提高数据采集效率,提出一种超多端口通信中多维数据的高速采集方法。明确多维数据的采集理想值,分析多端口通信信噪比环境,选择通用接口保证通信兼容,稳定的模数转换器性能。为减少多端口并行采样的失配误差,利用时间交替并行采集策略,通过调试端口通信各类误差,降低通道信噪比。实时判断数据采集所需时间,重构数据采集误差函数,根据采集间距和模糊规则,调整有效距离,判断并删除冗余数据,实现多维度数据的高速采集。经实验证明研究方法能在保证数据完整性和精确度的前提下,实现高速采集,采集过程中受噪声影响小。
In the process of multi-port parallel sampling,the error caused by a mismatch among different input channels can lead to inaccurate data acquisition,and a large amount of redundant data also increases the burden of data transmission.To improve the efficiency of data acquisition,this paper proposed a high-speed acquisition method for multi-dimensional data in multi-port communication.Firstly,the ideal value of multi-dimensional data acquisition was determined.Then,the signal-to-noise ratio environment of multi-port communication was analyzed.At the same time,a general interface was selected to ensure communication compatibility and stable analog-to-digital converter performance.In order to reduce the mismatch error of multi-port parallel sampling,a time-interleaved parallel acquisition strategy was used to debug various errors of the port,thus reducing the signal-to-noise ratio of the channel.Based on real-time judgment of the time required for data acquisition,the data acquisition error function was reconstructed.According to the acquisition interval and fuzzy rules,the effective distance was adjusted.Finally,redundant data was determined and deleted.Thus,the high-speed acquisition of multi-dimensional data was achieved.Experiment results prove that the method can achieve high-speed acquisition while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.It is less affected by noise during the acquisition.
