摘要
针对5703运输巷掘进过断层破碎带期间面临的巷道成型效果差、围岩变形严重以及顶板容易冒落等问题,结合现场情况提出采用超前注浆方式为巷道掘进及围岩控制创造良好条件。具体在掘进工作面迎头布置2排注浆钻孔,实现巷道顶板掘进外轮廓线3 m范围内破碎煤岩体加固,注浆浆液选用快速胶结的尤卡尼有机化学胶,单个循环注浆加固耗时可控制在1 h内,对掘进影响较小;围岩采用架棚+锚杆(索)+金属网+喷浆方式联合支护,支护强度高且围岩控制效果较好。现场应用后,5703运输巷掘进过破碎带期间围岩始终保持稳定,取得显著成果。
In response to the problems faced by the 5703 transportation roadway during the excavation of the fault and fractured zone,such as poor formation effect of the roadway,severe deformation of the surrounding rock,and easy roof caving,combined with the on-site situation,it is proposed to use advanced grouting to create good conditions for roadway excavation and surrounding rock control.Specifically,two rows of grouting boreholes are arranged at the front end of the excavation face to achieve reinforcement of fractured coal and rock masses within a range of 3 meters of the outer contour line of the tunnel roof excavation.The grouting slurry is selected with fast bonding Yukarni organic chemical adhesive,and the time required for single cycle grouting reinforcement can be controlled within 1 hour,with minimal impact on excavation;The surrounding rock is supported by a combination of shed,anchor rod(cable),metal mesh,and shotcrete,with high support strength and good control effect on the surrounding rock.After on-site application,the surrounding rock of 5703 transportation roadway remained stable during the excavation of the fractured zone,achieving significant results.
