王坪煤矿8306孤岛工作面回风顺槽掘进期间防灭火技术

摘要 针对晋能控股煤业集团王坪煤矿小煤柱沿空掘进期间存在采空区遗煤多、小煤柱存在裂隙及采空区漏风等自然发火隐患,提出一系列的防灭火技术方案,包括喷浆、注氮、气体体积分数及气压差监测,并在现场进行了实践应用,取得了良好的防灭火效果,保证了8306孤岛工作面小煤柱沿空巷道的安全掘进,为其他矿井类似情况下的掘进工作面防灭火工作开展提供经验借鉴。 In response to the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion such as many residual coal,cracks in small coal pillars and air leakage during the excavation of small coal pillars along the goaf in Wangping Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group,a series of fire prevention and extinguishing technology plans are proposed,including spraying,nitrogen injection,gas volume fraction and pressure difference monitoring,and practical application on site,achieving good fire prevention and extinguishing effects.This ensures the safe excavation of the small coal pillar along the goaf roadway in the 8306 isolated working face,and can provide experience for the development of fire prevention and extinguishing work in the excavation working face of other mines.
