摘要
以产品卡通小熊为例,通过分析其结构特征及结合实际多轴加工中心设备,使用UG三维辅助设计软件,选择NX1847版本对其进行加工编程的设计,根据不同的加工设备并对比不同的加工编程方法,创建适合产品结构的辅助面,设置合理的加工参数,可快速准确编制出产品的加工程序,为同类型结构产品的加工编程提供参考。
Taking the product cartoon bear as an example,by analyzing its structural characteristics and combining with the actual multi-axis machining center equipment,UG 3D aided design software is used to select NX1847 version for its machining programming design.According to different processing equipment and comparison of diferent processing programming methods,auxiliary surface suitable for product structure is created and reasonable processing parameters are set.It can quickly and accurately prepare the processing program of the product,and provide a reference for the processing programming of the same type of structural products.
