摘要
呃逆是临床常见疾病。笔者今经查阅大量中医治疗呃逆性疾病的资料,归纳出中医治疗呃逆的多种方法。中医认为呃逆的主要病机为胃气上逆。呃逆会对患者的身体、心理等产生不利的影响,因西医治疗手段有限,且治疗效果往往不理想,容易反复,所以巧妙地利用中医中药来治疗呃逆不失为一个好的手段。文章从中医辨证、中药、针刺、中药联合针灸、点压、指压、耳穴等几个方面阐述中医对呃逆的治疗,以指导临床应用、减轻患者不适症状。
Hiccup disease is a disease that is often seen in clinical practice.The author has reviewed a large amount of information on the treatment of hiccups in traditional Chinese medicine and summarized various methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of hiccup is the inversion of stomach qi.Hiccup can have adverse effects on the patients'physical and psychological well-being.Due to limited Western medical treatment methods and often unsatisfactory treatment outcomes,it is easy to recur.Therefore,cleverly using traditional Chinese medicine to treat hiccup is a good approach.This article expounded the treatment of hiccup in traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,acupressure,finger pressure,auricular points,and so on,so as to guide clinical application and alleviate patients'uncomfortable symptoms.
