摘要
对目前国内外的断轨监测和检测技术进行了总结和分析,研究了基于导线胶带的道岔断轨在线监测技术,通过灵敏度和耐久性测试,确保监测单元可以在线路上长期使用并有效监测道岔轨件断裂。分析了该技术可能对轨道电路、道岔密贴、道岔探伤造成的影响并校核了信号采集和发射设备的结构强度,确保该技术能够满足现场使用要求。
The current broken rail monitoring and detection technology at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed,The turnout broken rail online monitoring technology based on wire tape was researched through the sensitivity and durability test,ensured that the monitoring unit could be online used for a long time and effectively monitor the turnout rail fracture.It analyzed the possible impact of the technology on the track circuit,close fitting of turnout,turnout flaw detection and checked the structural strength of signal acquisition and transmitting equipment to ensure that the technology can meet the requirements of field use.
