摘要
焦炉煤气是炼焦过程中产生的副产品,富含可燃气体,比如甲烷、乙烯等。采用焦炉煤气制取液化天然气技术能够有效利用相关资源,提高能源利用效率。近年来,我国对焦炉煤气的综合利用程度不断提升,部分大型炼焦企业引进了焦炉煤气制取液化天然气技术,并获得了显著的经济效益。基于此,本文详细介绍该技术原理、特点和工艺流程,旨在为该技术发展提供借鉴和参考。
Coke oven gas is a byproduct produced during the coking process,rich in combustible gases such as methane and ethylene.The use of coke oven gas to produce liquefied natural gas technology can effectively utilize relevant resources and improve energy efficiency.In recent years,China's comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas has been continuously improving,and some large coking enterprises have introduced the technology of producing liquefied natural gas from coke oven gas,which has achieved significant economic benefits.Based on this,a detailed introduction is given to the principle,characteristics,and related process flow of this technology,aiming to provide reference and guidance for the development of this technology.
