摘要
随着经济的快速发展,农村建设项目日益增多,由于项目多而杂,建设资金不足,规模相对较小,达不到必须招标的限额,项目业主也不愿意通过招标方式选择施工单位。为保证工程质量可溯源,施工资料须完善齐备。对于正规的建筑施工企业来说,利润率极低,多半不愿意承揽此类工程。因此,考虑乡村建设的经济性原则,应充分发挥农村建筑工匠的作用,简化手续,将有限的资金用在刀刃上,争取效益最大化。
With the rapid development of the economy,rural construction is increasing day by day.There are many and complex projects,with limited construction funds and relatively small scale,which cannot meet the quota of bidding.Project owners are also unwilling to generate construction units through bidding.To ensure traceability of engineering quality,construction materials must be complete and complete.For legitimate construction companies,the profit margin is extremely low and they are mostly unwilling to undertake such projects.Therefore,considering the economic principle of rural construction,the role of rural construction craftsmen should be fully utilized,procedures simplified,limited funds used on the cutting edge,and efforts made to maximize benefits.
