摘要
提升城市治理现代化水平,需要不断加快智慧城市建设步伐,让城市治理更智能、更高效、更精准,以促进城市高质量发展,持续提升城市居民生活质量。社区是城市的细胞,智慧社区是智慧城市的基本单元,提升智慧社区建设水平,对于加快推进智慧城市建设具有重要意义。文章以社区为中心,设计了“5+5”智慧社区系统,包括5个社区业务模块和5个用户端入口,旨在建立功能齐全、科学先进、有效互动、便捷安全的智慧社区系统,提高社区治理水平,推进社区治理现代化,为社区居民提供安全、舒适、便利的信息化和智慧化的生活环境。
To boost the modernization of urban governance,it is necessary to continuously accelerate the construction of smart city,so as to realize more intelligent,efficient,and precise urban governance,and promote high-quality urban development and continuously bolster the quality of life of urban residents.Communities are the cells of cities,and smart communities are the basic units of smart cities.Thus,accelerating the construction of smart community is of great significance for accelerating smart cities.In this context,the article proposes a“5+5”system,which includes 5 community business modules and 5 user entrances,aiming to establish a fully functional,scientifically advanced,effective and interactive,convenient and safe smart community system,promote modernization of community governance,and provide residents with a safe,comfortable,convenient,information-based and smart living environment.
