不同基质配比对‘龙井43’扦插苗根系生长的影响

摘要 为筛选出适合的茶树育苗基质配方,提高茶树扦插育苗的根系生长、育苗规模和为甘蔗渣回收利用提供参考,以茶树品种‘龙井43’为试验对象,采用正交试验和极差分析方法探讨不同基质对其短穗扦插生根的影响。结果表明,黄土是影响扦插苗成活率和根长的因素,甘蔗渣是影响生根率、根径和根系活力的因素,椰糠是影响扦插生根数的因素。通过主成分分析可知,黄土、椰糠、珍珠岩和甘蔗渣分别按3∶2∶1∶3配比(体积比)为最佳处理组合,同时针对不同需求(生根数、根径、根长等)可进行相应基质配方的选择。 In order to select suitable substrate formulas for tea tree seedling cultivation,improve the root growth,seedling scale,and provide reference for sugarcane bagasse recycling,the tea cultivar'Longjing 43'was used as the experimental object to explore the effects of different matrices on the rooting of tea tree short spike cuttings by using orthogonal experiments and range analysis methods.The results showed that loess was the factor affecting the survival rate and root length of cuttings,bagasse was the factor affecting rooting rate,root diameter and root vitality,and coir dust was the factor affecting the number of roots of cuttings.Through principal component analysis,it can be concluded that loess:coir dust:perlite:bagasse=3∶2∶1∶3 is the best treatment combination.At the same time,corresponding substrate formulas can be selected for different needs(root number,root diameter,root length,etc.).
