外加压力和液浸作用下煤中瓦斯解吸特性实验研究

摘要 为了研究外加压力和液浸作用下煤样中瓦斯的解吸规律,使用高压注液含瓦斯煤恒温解吸实验装置,以不同时间的瓦斯累计解吸量和解吸速度为评价指标,考察了不同注入压力、不同注入溶液以及不同煤样变质程度对瓦斯解吸特性的影响。结果表明:注入压力越高,注入溶液中复合表面活性剂FHR-1的浓度越大,煤样在不同时间的累计瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度相对就越小;注入压力的升高以及复合表面活性剂FHR-1浓度的增大对瓦斯前期解吸速度的影响相对较大,而对后期解吸速度的影响则相对较小;煤样的变质程度越大,瓦斯累计解吸量和解吸速度相对就越大,其中无烟煤的累计瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度明显大于气煤和褐煤。研究结果认为外加压力和液浸作用下煤层中的瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度均有所减小,注入表面活性剂溶液比注纯水更能有效防止瓦斯突出问题。 In order to study the desorption law of gas in coal samples under external pressure and liquid invasion,a high-pressure injection gas containing coal constant temperature desorption experimental device was used.The cumulative gas desorption amount and desorption speed at different times were used as evaluation indicators to investigate the effects of different injection pressures,different injection solutions,and different degrees of coal sample metamorphism on gas desorption characteristics.The results show that the higher the injection pressure,the higher the concentration of the composite surfactant FHR-1 in the injected solution,and the relatively smaller the cumulative gas desorption amount and desorption rate of the coal sample at different times;The increase in injection pressure and the concentration of composite surfactant FHR-1 have a relatively large impact on the early gas desorption rate,while the impact on the later gas desorption rate is relatively small;The greater the degree of metamorphism of the coal sample,the greater the cumulative gas desorption amount and desorption rate.Among them,the cumulative gas desorption amount and desorption rate of anthracite are significantly higher than those of gas coal and brown coal.The research results indicate that the amount and speed of gas desorption in coal seams are reduced under external pressure and liquid immersion,and injecting surfactant solution is more effective in preventing gas outburst problems than injecting pure water.
