摘要
新质生产力作为推动社会进步的核心动力,其根本源自科技创新,最终指向产业升级,关键在于人才的培育与支撑。高职作为培养高素质技能人才的摇篮,在新质生产力的发展中扮演着至关重要的角色,同时,新质生产力的快速演进也对高职教育提出新的挑战。在分析新质生产力与高职教育双向驱动的基础上,针对当前高职数字营销教育在人才培养过程中的突出问题,提出四个路径:行业脉动同步,课程内容动态更新方略;学习互动革新,学生需求响应式教学;教师能力提升,实战技能与资源整合策略;实践创新双翼,学生能力培养新模式设计。旨在推动高职教育与新质生产力的深度融合,共同孕育出适应数字经济时代需求的高素质数字营销人才。
As the core driving force to promote social progress,new quality productive forces are fundamentally derived from scientific and technological innovation and ultimately points to industrial upgrading.The key lies in the cultivation and support of talents.As the cradle of training high-quality skilled personnel,higher vocational education plays a vital role in the development of new quality productive forces.Meanwhile,the rapid evolution of new quality productive forces also poses new challenges to higher vocational education.On the basis of analyzing the two-way driving of new quality productive forces and higher vocational education,aiming at the outstanding problems in the talent training process of digital marketing education in higher vocational education,four paths are proposed:industry pulsation synchronization—curriculum content dynamic update strategy;learning interactive innovation—student demand responsive teaching;teacher ability improvement—practical skills and resource integration strategies;practice and innovation wings—new model design for cultivating students'ability.It aims to promote the deep integration of higher vocational education and new quality productive forces,and jointly breed high-quality digital marketing talents to meet the needs of the digital economy era.
