摘要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)建立同时检测甲氨基阿维菌素和四聚乙醛在小白菜中的残留分析方法。样品经乙腈溶液提取,NaCl盐析,无水MgSO_(4)、PSA净化后,采用正离子扫描(电喷雾离子源),MRM(多反应监测)模式下,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.002~0.5μg/mL范围内甲氨基阿维菌素和四聚乙醛质量浓度与其响应值之间呈现出良好的线性关系(R2>0.99)。当添加浓度为0.02~20 mg/kg时,甲氨基阿维菌素和四聚乙醛在小白菜中的平均回收率为81%~101%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~2.9%,符合残留分析的基本要求,说明该方法适用于甲氨基阿维菌素和四聚乙醛在小白菜等环境介质中的残留检测。
A method for simultaneous detection of emamectin and metaldehyde residues in pakchoi was established by LC-MS/MS.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution,salted out by NaCl,purified by anhydrous MgSO_(4) and PSA,then quantified by positive ion scanning(electrospray ion source),MRM(multiple reaction monitoring)and external standard method.The results showed that there existed a good linear relationship between emamectin or metaldehyde concentrations and their responding values with correlation coefficient of higher than 0.99 whithin 0.002 to 0.5μg/mL concentrations of emamectin or metaldehyde.When the spiked level ranged from 0.02 to 20 mg/kg,the average recovery of the two pesticides in pakchoi ranged from 81%to 101%,and the RSD ranged from 0.5%to 2.9%,indicating that the method met with the basic requirements of residue analysis,and could be used to the residues of emamectin or metaldehyde in the environmental medium such as pakchoi crops.
