摘要
目的 探讨在老年疝气手术患者的护理中实施循证护理的效果。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月滕州市中医医院收治的82例老年疝气患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41,常规护理)与研究组(n=41,循证护理),对比两组患者围术期指标、负性情绪评分、并发症发生率。结果 研究组排气时间(20.29±1.36)h、进食时间(24.57±1.52)h、术后下床时间(1.15±0.38)d较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组焦虑评分(32.56±3.43)分、抑郁评分(30.82±3.72)分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(4.88%)较对照组(21.96%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05)。结论 对老年疝气手术患者实施循证护理可缓解其负面情绪,减少手术相关并发症,促使机体尽早好转,缩短术后恢复的时间。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in the care of elderly patients undergo⁃ing hernia surgery.Methods 82 elderly patients with hernia admitted to Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hos⁃pital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=41,routine care)and a study group(n=41,evidence-based care)using a random number table method.Perioperative indicators,negative emotion scores,and incidence of complications were compared.Results The study group had shorter exhaust time(20.29±1.36)h,eating time(24.57±1.52)h,and postoperative bedtime(1.15±0.38)d compared to the control group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The anxiety(32.56±3.43)points and depression(30.82±3.72)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.88%lower than that in the control group,which was 21.96%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing evidence-based nursing for elderly patients undergoing hernia surgery can alleviate their negative emotions,reduce surgical related complications,promote early recovery of the body,and shorten the time for postoperative recovery.
