摘要
应用热处理有限元仿真软件,对螺纹结构零件的热处理过程进行数值模拟,并进行畸变分析。考虑应力影响下的相变和相变塑性的复杂性,通过仿真获得温度场分布、应力应变场演变,以及热处理后残余应力分布与零件畸变程度。根据分析结果,提出生产工艺改进建议,以应对螺纹变形问题。
The heat treatment finite element simulation software was used to numerically simulate the heat treatment process of threaded structural part,and the distortion analysis was carried out.Considering the complexity of phase transformation and phase transformation plasticity under the influence of stress,the temperature field distribution,stress and strain field evolution,as well as the residual stress distribution and part distortion degree after heat treatment were obtained through simulation.Based on the analysis result,suggestion for improving the production process was put forward to deal with the problem of thread deformation.
