溴化锂制冷机组高温发生器管束腐蚀穿孔原因分析

摘要 针对溴化锂制冷机组高温发生器管束在日常运行及停机期间因发生腐蚀而穿孔泄漏问题,通过硬度检验、金相分析、电镜能谱分析,找到管束腐蚀原因为高温发生器内进入了一定量的空气(氧气),溴化锂溶液在有氧的情况下会引发和促进碳钢管束腐蚀(点蚀)的发生和发展。结合实际,提出防腐建议与注意事项。
