256层螺旋CT血管造影与磁共振血管成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值分析

摘要 目的:分析在颅内动脉瘤诊断中应用磁共振血管成像(MRA)、256层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)的诊断结果差异。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于中国人民解放军第904医院就诊的疑似颅内动脉瘤患者100例,分别应用MRA、MSCTA检查,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果为金标准,分析不同方法的诊断价值。结果:100例疑似颅内动脉瘤受检者中,DSA检查结果显示阳性85例,阴性15例;MSCTA检出真阳性83例,MRA检出真阳性75例;MSCTA检测颅内动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异度及准确率均高于MRA检查(P<0.05);MSCTA对不同病灶部位的总检出符合率高于MRA(P<0.05);MSCTA成像质量高于MRA(P<0.05);MSCTA检测瘤体最大径及瘤颈宽度方面与MRA检测差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在颅内动脉瘤诊断中,相较于MRA技术,应用MSCTA检测诊断效能及成像质量高,对于微小、易漏诊的病灶可采取MSCTA与MRA联合检查的方式支持,从而提升检测准确度。
