摘要
背景:24 h活动指南鼓励儿童青少年更多从事中高强度身体活动,合理控制屏幕时间,确保合理的睡眠时长,遵循该指南可带来显著的身心健康效益,其认知收益也得到了大量的研究关注。目的:汇总现有证据,综述遵循24 h活动行为指南与儿童青少年认知功能和学业表现的关系。方法:在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、Web of Science、PubMed等中外文数据库检索相关文献,纳入25篇文献进行信息提取和质量评价,采用文献归纳法进行分析与提炼主要结果。结论:1)24 h活动行为指南达标率在不同研究之间异质性较高,总体达标情况不理想。超过1/3的儿童青少年(34.03%)不满足指南的任何一项建议,23.20%满足身体活动指南建议,33.65%满足屏幕时间指南建议,41.81%满足睡眠指南建议,仅有4.89%同时满足3项指南建议。2)遵循24 h活动行为指南与儿童青少年认知功能和学业表现存在积极相关,部分研究显示剂量效应可能存在。3)将久坐行为替代为中高强度身体活动和睡眠时间可以在一定程度上带来认知收益。建议:1)未来研究需加强行为测量的准确性;考虑行为改变与认知收益之间的双向关系;推动人口学层面的队列研究和干预研究。2)教育和卫生管理部门应向大众宣传3种活动行为综合管理的健康理念,并组织论证面向我国儿童青少年的24 h活动指南的可行性和具体方案,推动儿童青少年实现体脑双优。
Background:The 24-hour Movement Guidelines encourages children and adolescents to engage in more moderate to high-intensity physical activities(MVPA),reasonably control screen time,and ensure adequate sleep duration.Following the guidelines can bring significant physical and mental health benefits,and the cognitive ben⁃efits have also received a lot of research attention.Objective:This study aims to summarize existing evidence and review studies on the relationship between following the 24-hour movement guidelines and cognitive function and academic performance among children and adolescents.Method:This paper searched for relevant documents on Chinese and foreign research databases such as CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP Database,Web of Science,and PubMed.25 articles were included for information extraction and quality evaluation.The main results were ana⁃lyzed and extracted using literature induction method.Conclusion:1)The compliance rate of the 24-hour move⁃ment guidelines is highly heterogeneous among different studies,and the overall compliance is not satisfactory.More than one-third of children and adolescents(34.03%)do not meet any of the three recommendations in the guidelines,23.20%meet the physical activity recommendations,and 33.65%meet the screen time guidelines;41.81%meet the sleep recommendations,and only 4.89%meet all the three recommendations.2)Adhering to the 24-hour movement guidelines has a positive correlation with cognitive function and academic performance among children and adolescents,and some studies suggest the existence of dose-response effects.3)Replacing sedentary behavior with moderate to high-intensity physical activity and sleep time can bring cognitive benefits to some extent.Suggestions:1)Future research needs to improve the accuracy of behavior measurements,consider the bidirectional relationship between behavioral changes and cognitive benefits,and promote cohort studies and inter⁃vention studies at a demographic level.2)The education and health management agencies should publicize the health concept of comprehensive management of three types of activity behaviors to the public and organize the demonstration of the 24-hour movement guidelines for children and adolescents in China,so as to promote the opti⁃mal development of both physical and cognitive abilities among children and adolescents.
