摘要
目的 建立一种微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定阿拉伯胶中6种金属元素含量的方法。方法 用硝酸对阿拉伯胶进行微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测阿拉伯胶中汞、钒、镉、钴、砷、铅含量。结果 阿拉伯胶中汞、钒、镉、钴、砷、铅元素线性方程分别为Y=2 500.668 3ρ+370.020 0(n=6,R^(2)=0.999 6),Y=4 388.276 3ρ+25.000 0(n=6,R^(2)=0.999 1),Y=1 752.864 5ρ+0.000 1(n=6,R^(2)=0.999 1),Y=12 593.112 3ρ+25.000 0(n=6,R^(2)=0.998 9),Y=717.067 0ρ+15.000 0(n=6,R^(2)=0.998 6),Y=7 612.563 7ρ+170.010 0(n=6,R^(2)=0.999 5)。6种元素线性范围均为0~100 ng/mL,在上述线性范围内,该方法精密度和重复性良好。汞、钒、镉、钴、砷、铅元素检出限分别为0.000 5 mg/kg、0.000 4 mg/kg、0.000 2 mg/kg、0.000 3 mg/kg、0.001 0 mg/kg、0.000 4 mg/kg;各元素定量限分别为0.001 7 mg/kg(汞)、0.001 2 mg/kg(钒)、0.001 8 mg/kg(镉)、0.001 0 mg/kg(钴)、0.003 4 mg/kg(砷)、0.001 3 mg/kg(铅)。6种元素平均回收率为91.12%~104.60%。结论 电感耦合等离子体质谱法检出限低、灵敏度高、专属性强,简便快捷,可用于阿拉伯胶中多种金属元素的含量检测。
Objective To establish an microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS)method for simultaneously determining the contents of six heavy metal elements in Acacia.Methods The Acacias were digested with nitric acid by the microwave digestion,and then the contents of Hg,V,Cd,Co,As and Pb were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results The linear equation was Y=2500.6683ρ+370.0200(n=6,R^(2)=0.9996)for Hg,Y=4388.2763ρ+25.0000(n=6,R^(2)=0.9991)for V,Y=1752.8645ρ+0.0001(n=6,R^(2)=0.9991)for Cd,Y=12593.1123ρ+25.0000(n=6,R^(2)=0.9989)for Co,Y=717.0670ρ+15.0000(n=6,R^(2)=0.9986)for As,and Y=7612.5637ρ+170.0100(n=6,R^(2)=0.9995)for Pb.The method showed good precision and repeatability in the linearity range of 0-100 ng/mL for these six elements.The detection limits of Hg,V,Cd,Co,As and Pb were 0.0005 mg/kg,0.0004 mg/kg,0.0002 mg/kg,0.0003 mg/kg,0.0010 mg/kg,0.0004 mg/kg,respectively.The quantitation limits of Hg,V,Cd,Co,As,Pb were 0.0017 mg/kg,0.0012 mg/kg,0.0018 mg/kg,0.0010 mg/kg,0.0034 mg/kg,0.0013 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of the six elements were 91.12%-104.60%.Conclusion ICP-MS method is specific,convenient and fast for determination of trace mental elements content in Acacia.
