超声波流量计在明渠实验中的应用与对比

摘要 随着水权交易展开,灌区对量水的准确度和智能化需求不断提高。超声波测流作为一种新兴的测量技术,具有较高的精度和自动化能力,在灌区流量测量中得到广泛应用。然而,目前对超声波法与传统流速仪在灌区流量测量中的比对研究较少。因此,通过建立超声波明渠测流实验并基于对比分析的方法,进行观测和数据分析,系统比较了超声波法和传统流速仪在灌区流量测量中的性能和可靠性。由实验可知,相比于加大水位,正常水位情况下超声波测流相对误差、最大误差以及均方根误差较小。从坡比上来看,坡比越小,计算相对误差和均方根误差越小。随着坡比和水位的升高,超声波流量计测量准确度逐渐下降,但对于工程使用仍处于可接受范围,因此实际测流使用时建议选择合适坡比。 With the development of water rights trading,the accuracy and intelligence of water measurement in irrigation areas are constantly increasing.Ultrasonic flow measurement,as an emerging measurement technology,has high accuracy and automation capabilities,and is widely used in flow measurement in irrigation areas.However,there is currently limited research on the comparison between ultrasonic methods and traditional flow meters in flow measurement in irrigation areas.By establishing ultrasonic open channel flow measurement experiments and using comparative analysis methods,this paper conducts observations and data analysis,and systematically compares the performance and reliability of ultrasonic method and traditional flow velocity meter in flow measurement in irrigation areas.According to the experiment,compared to increasing the water level,the relative error,maximum error,and root mean square error of ultrasonic flow measurement are smaller under normal water level conditions.From the perspective of slope ratio,the smaller the slope ratio,the smaller the calculation relative error and root mean square error.As the slope ratio and water level increase,the accuracy of ultrasonic flow meter measurement gradually decreases,but it is still within an acceptable range for engineering use.Therefore,it is recommended to choose an appropriate slope ratio for actual flow measurement.
