摘要
分析复方多黏菌素B软膏治疗寻常痤疮的效果.选取滨州市中心医院2022年1月-2023年3月收治的100例寻常痤疮患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例.对照组患者接受裸花紫珠胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上接受复方多黏菌素B软膏治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者丘疹、粉刺、脓包个数均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组角质层含水量大于对照组,面部溢脂量、炎性皮损指标均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,复方多黏菌素B软膏治疗寻常痤疮的效果明显,可提高患者的治疗总有效率,减少皮损数量和不良反应,改善患者的生活质量,治疗安全性较高.
Analyze the efficacy of compound polymyxin B ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris.100 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group,using a random drawing method.The control group received treatment with naked flower purple pearl capsules,while the observation group received treatment with compound polymyxin B ointment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The number of papules,pimples,and pustules in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the water content in the stratum corneum of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the facial seborrhea and inflammatory skin lesion indicators were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that compound polymyxin B ointment has a significant effect on the treatment of acne vulgaris,which can improve the total effective rate of patients,reduce the number of skin lesions and adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high treatment safety.
