摘要
目的:探讨恒温恒湿持续气道湿化护理对颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者湿化效果及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年6月福建省福州市第一总医院重症医学科的颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用常规气管湿化护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用恒温恒湿持续气道湿化护理,比较2组护理效果及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组的湿化效果高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组的睡眠质量相关指标、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率以及动脉血氧分压水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者采用恒温恒湿持续气道湿化护理的效果较为显著,能够增加临床的湿化效果,改善患者的睡眠质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of constant temperature and humidity continuous airway humidification nursing on patients with tracheotomy after craniocerebral injury.Methods:Sixty six patients with traumatic brain injury who underwent tracheostomy in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at the First General Hospital of Fuzhou City,Fujian Province from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine airway humidification care,while the treatment group received constant temperature and humidity continuous airway humidification care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The humidification effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the related indexes of sleep quality,blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate and arterial oxygen partial pressure in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Constant temperature and humidity continuous airway humidification nursing for patients with tracheotomy after craniocerebral injury has a significant effect,which can increase the clinical humidification effect and improve the sleep quality of patients.
