应用型大学学历继续教育教学管理质量提升:困境与出路

摘要 应用型大学以培养应用型人才为目标,遵循成果导向、学生为中心和持续改进的OBE理念。在新时代背景下,提升应用型大学学历继续教育的教学管理水平是确保教学管理质量、促进持续发展的重要环节。通过系统梳理学历继续教育教学管理相关文件,结合实证调研数据,分析了应用型大学在提升学历继续教育教学质量方面所面临的困境。同时,结合某应用型大学继续教育教学管理质量的实践探索,提出了策略和建议,旨在为其他高校提供实践借鉴。 Application-oriented universities aim to cultivate applied talents and follow the OBE concept of outcome-oriented,student-centered and continuous improvement.In the context of the new era,improving the teaching management level of academic continuation in application-oriented universities is an important link to ensure the quality of teaching management and promote sustainable development.Through a systematic overview of relevant documents on teaching management of academic continuing education,combined with empirical research data,the dilemmas faced by application-oriented universities in improving the teaching quality of academic continuing education are analyzed.At the same time,combined with the practical exploration of the quality of continuing education teaching management in a certain application-oriented universities,a series of analysis and recommendations with practical value are put forward,aiming to provide practical reference for other universities.
