摘要
为了给本科毕业生就业或择业提供建议和参考,对2021—2023年某高校电气工程学院毕业生的就业情况进行数据分析,基于随机森林设计就业指导系统的就业岗位推荐功能.在收集数据和预处理数据之后,分别应用决策树、随机森林算法对样本进行分析,通过对比分析结果,选择最优方法作为系统的岗位推荐算法.该系统的优点在于用户不需要掌握具体算法,进入系统后直接操作即可得到岗位的推荐结果.
In order to provide suggestions and references for the employment or career choice of undergraduate graduates,this paper analyzes the employment situation of graduates from the electrical engineering school of a university from 2021 to 2023,and uses random forest algorithm to realize the job recommendation of the employment guidance system.This paper collects and processes data,respectively uses decision tree and random forest algorithm to analyze the samples,through comparing results,selects the optimal method as the system job recommendation algorithm.The advantage of this system is that users do not need to master the algorithm,they can directly use the algorithm after entering the system,and get the recommendation result of jobs.
