摘要
为了培养具备“工匠精神”理念的医生,文章对医学生学情进行分析,探讨牙体牙髓病学专业教学方法的改进思路,帮助学生从理论阶段过渡到临床接诊,逐步提升专业技术能力。文章结合专业和学情特点提出适用于牙体牙髓病学临床教学模式,采取多种教学方法和融入课程思政进一步提高教学质量,将工匠精神理念和医学专业人才培养理念相结合应用到教学中,培养有专业向往、信念感强的口腔专科医生。鉴于课程思政教学设计的加入,带教老师应具有过硬的专业素质,高涨的教学热情,才能强化学生学习信念,从而提高学习效率。通过改革和探索教学方法,有助于学生深入掌握临床技能,加强了对患者的爱伤意识。从长远看,希望能够不断培养出具备“工匠精神”的有格局、有创造力的口腔医师。
In order to cultivate doctors with the concept of“craftsmanship spirit”,this paper analyzes the learning situation of medical students,discusses the improvement ideas of teaching methods of endodontics and dentistry,helps students transition from the theoretical stage to clinical treatment,and gradually improves their professional technical ability.Based on the characteristics of specialties and learning conditions,this paper puts forward a clinical teaching model suitable for dentistry and endodontics,adopts a variety of teaching methods and integrates curriculum thinking and politics to further improve teaching quality,and applies the concept of artisan spirit and the concept of training medical professionals into teaching,so as to cultivate dental specialists with professional aspirations and strong sense of faith.In view of the addition of ideological and political teaching design,teachers should have excellent professional quality and high teaching enthusiasm,so as to strengthen students’learning faith and improve learning efficiency.Through the reform and exploration of teaching methods,it is helpful for students to master clinical skills deeply,strengthen the awareness of patient love injury.In the long run,authors hope to continuously cultivate a pattern and creative dentists with“craftsmanship spirit”.
