摘要
随着快递行业进入高速发展阶段,通过人力完成快递包裹的分拣已经满足不了发展的需求,而自动化单件分离系统可自动将杂乱混堆的包裹按照有序间距排成一列,为后续包裹扫码、称重及分拣等做准备,大大提高分拣效率。该文针对全自动化快递包裹视觉单件分离系统在长期运行过程中表现出来的问题,优化设计主要系统模块:单件分离模块、居中模块、靠边模块,实现化妆品包裹分离系统设备生产线的高可用性。
As the express delivery industry has entered a stage of rapid development,the sorting of express parcels by manpower can no longer meet the needs of development.The automatic single-piece separation system can automatically arrange the messy parcels into a row according to the orderly spacing,which can prepare for subsequent package scanning,weighing and sorting,and greatly improve the sorting efficiency.Aiming at the problems shown in the long-term operation of the fully automatic express package visual single-piece separation system,this paper optimizes the design of the main system modules:single-piece separation module,center module and side module to achieve high availability of cosmetic package separation system equipment production line.
