摘要
带钢卷取机作为冷轧钢酸洗系统的关键构成部分,其稳定性和加工质量直接影响到整个生产线的运行效率和产品质量。本研究采用TRIZ理论中的物场模型解决带钢酸洗生产线中卷取机出现的干涉问题。通过系统结构功能分析研究卷取机各个组件的功能和相互作用,再构建物场模型深入分析卷取系统的作用机制以发现问题的根源,随后利用76个标准解对问题进行求解。通过反复试验和优化,最终提出多项针对卷取机干涉问题的改进措施,有效地解决了当前的干涉问题,提升了卷取机的稳定性和加工质量。
As a key component of the pickling system for cold-rolled steel,the stability and processing quality of the strip coiler directly affect the operational efficiency and product quality of the entire production line.This study uses the material field model from TRIZ theory to solve the interference problem of the coiler in the strip pickling production line.By analyzing the system structure and functionality,the functions and interactions of various components of the coiling machine are studied.Then,a physical field model is constructed to deeply analyze the mechanism of the coiling system and identify the root cause of the problem.Subsequently,76 standard solutions are used to solve the problem.Through repeated experiments and optimiza-tion,multiple improvement measures were proposed to address the interference problem of the coiling machine,effectively solving the current interference problem and enhancing the stability and processing quality of the coiling machine.
