摘要
当前能源行业形势复杂,加快能源转型,促进能源向低碳化、清洁化发展是大势所趋。如何确保能源安全、提高能源利用率、建设海洋强国,成为海洋能源产业链各企业面临的重大战略任务。文章就传统海洋工程离散型建造业务项目计划管理如何与工厂化生产计划管理结合,实现降本增效,缩短建造周期,增强企业竞争力进行论述,以期提供一种新的项目制与工厂化的管理思路。
The current situation in the energy industry is complex.Accelerating energy transformation and promoting energy towards low-carbon and clean development is the trend.How to ensure energy security,improve energy utilization eff iciency,and build a maritime power has become a major strategic task of various enterprises in the marine energy industry.This article mainly discusses how project planning management in traditional and discrete marine engineering construction industry can be combined with planning management in factory production.Thus achieves cost reduction and eff iciency improvement,shortens the construction cycle,and enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise.This article aims to provide a new project oriented factory management approach.
