摘要
渤海油田水平井生产后期普遍存在高含水问题。为了控制油井过早见水,文章采用产液剖面测试与流量控制相结合的方式,在完井管柱中安装产液剖面测试短节和流入控制装置,对油井生产后期出水情况监测并进行流量控制。通过计算流体力学数值仿真方法,研究AICD控制装置对地层水、原油节流控制作用与机理。研究结果表明:AICD控制装置对地层水有强烈节流作用,过流阻力大,地层产出液减少;对原油的节流压降小,原油容易进入生产管柱,提高原油过流流量。某井现场应用情况,含水率呈持续下降态势,控水增油效果明显。
The problem of high water cut is common in the later stage of horizontal well production in Bohai oilf ield.In order to control the premature water occurrence of oil wells,this paper adopts the combination of liquid production prof ile test and flow control,and installs a liquid production prof ile test section and an inflow control device in the completion string to monitor and control the flow rate of water production in the later stage of oil well production.Through the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics,the effect and mechanism of AICD control device on the throttling of formation water and crude oil were studied.The results show that the AICD control device has a strong throttling effect on the formation water,the overflow resistance is large,the formation production liquid is reduced,and the throttling pressure drop on the crude oil is small,and the crude oil is easy to enter the production string,which improves the flow rate of crude oil.In the f ield application of a well,the water cut showed a continuous downward trend,and the effect of water control and oil increase was obvious.
