摘要 分析公共卫生与预防医学研究生培养现状及存在的问题,阐述在学科交叉融合背景下公共卫生人才培养的重要性,提出学科交叉融合背景下的公共卫生人才培养路径,主要为加强交叉学科师资队伍建设、制订全方位的交叉学科研究生培养方案、构建促进学科交叉融合的机制、定期开展公共卫生领域前沿知识培训等,以培养出的人才能满足多学科合作的需求。 To analyze the status and problems in the training of graduates majored in public health and preventive medicine and explain the importance of training public health personnel under the background of interdisciplinary integration,and putting forward the path of training public health personnel under the background of interdisciplinary integration,mainly for strengthening the interdisciplinary integration construction,formulating all-around interdisciplinary integration graduate training programs,constructing a mechanism to promote the cross-fertilization of disciplines and carrying out regular training of forward position knowledge in the field of public health,so as to train talents to meet the needs of multidisciplinary cooperation.The main measures are to strengthen the construction of interdisciplinary faculty,formulate a comprehensive interdisciplinary graduate training program,establish a mechanism to promote interdisciplinary integration,and regularly carry out public health training on forward position knowledge in the field of public health to cultivate personnel to meet the needs of multidisciplinary cooperation.
