摘要
目的 评价情景模拟教学法在护士急救能力培训中的应用效果。方法 检索万方、维普、CNKI、PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science等数据库中有关情景模拟应用于护士急救培训的随机对照实验研究,筛选资料与评价文献质量后,采用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入4篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,情景模拟教学法可有效提高护士的急救理论和操作考核成绩、评判性思维能力、应急能力及急救能力。结论 在护士急救能力培训中采用情景模拟教学法,能丰富培训内容和方法,提高护士的临床技能,提升护理团队的综合素质。
Objective Evaluation of the application effect of scene simulation teaching method in nurse emergency rescue ability training.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the application of scenario simulation in nurse emergency rescue training were retrieved from databases such as Wanfang,Weipu,CNKI,PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBASE,and Web of Science.After screening the data and evaluating the quality of the literature,Meta-analysis was conducted using Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 4 articles were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that the scene simulation teaching method can effectively improve nurses′theoretical and operational assessment scores in emergency rescue,critical thinking ability,emergency response capability,and emergency rescue ability.Conclusion The use of scene simulation teaching method in nurse emergency rescue ability training can enrich the training content and methods,improve nurses′clinical skills,and enhance the comprehensive quality of the nursing team.
