摘要
为了提高裙带菜梗切丝效率,保证加工质量,对切丝过程进行理论分析,建立裙带菜梗圆盘剪切模型,并采用有限元软件LS-DYNA对切丝过程进行模拟;通过单因素仿真试验研究圆盘重叠宽度、刀具侧隙和剪切速度分别对峰值剪切力、单位剪切功耗及剪切效果的影响,并搭建切丝试验台进行不同剪切速度时的裙带菜梗切丝试验。结果表明:峰值剪切力、单位面积剪切功耗随圆盘重叠宽度、剪切速度的增加均呈减小趋势,随刀具侧隙的增大分别呈现增大和先减小后增大趋势;根据不同重叠宽度仿真得到的峰值剪切力与理论计算值接近,验证了圆盘剪切模型的合理性;不同剪切速度时切丝结果显示,裙带菜梗丝间出现的细丝牵连和毛刺现象与仿真结果基本一致,验证了切丝过程仿真结果的可靠性。
To improve the shredding efficiency of wakame stalk and ensure the processing quality,the theory of the shred-ding process was analyzed,the disc shear model of wakame stalk was established,and the finite element software LS-DYNA was used to simulate the shredding process.The influences of overlap width,tool gap and shear speed on peak shear force,unit area shearing energy and shear effect were explored through single factor simulation experiments,and a shredding test bench was built to carry out shredding tests at different shear speeds.The results show that the peak shear force and unit area shearing energy decrease with the increase of overlap width and shear speed,and increase and decrease first and then increase with the increase of tool gap,respectively.The peak shear force of simulation at different overlap width is close to the theoretical calculation value,which verifies the rationality of the disc shear model.The shredding tests show that the stick and burr phenomena between the shredded wakame stalk at different shear speeds are basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the reliability of the simulation results of the shredding process.
