基于量子遗传算法的通信网络资源分配优化方法

摘要 常规的通信网络资源分配优化方法以吞吐量优化为主,并未考虑到通信网络的环境需求,降低了网络资源分配的合理性。因此,文章设计了基于量子遗传算法的通信网络资源分配优化方法。该方法将通信需求、通信设备带宽限制、通信网络类型考虑在内,基于量子遗传算法构建通信网络资源分配优化模型,对网络资源分配优化目标进行量子编码,评估网络资源分配的适应度,从而得到网络资源分配优化的最优解。通过调整通信网络资源分配调度因子,根据网络负载、通信行为等实时变化情况,引入动态调整机制,以适应不同情况下的资源分配需求。经对比实验,验证了该方法的有效性,与传统方法相比优化性能更佳。 The conventional communication network resource allocation optimization method mainly focuses on the throughput optimization,which does not consider the cnvironmental rc-quirements of the communication network,and reduces the rationality of the network resource allocation.Therefore,in this paper we design optimizing resource allocation of communication network based on quantum genetic algorithm.This method takes communication requirements,communication equipment bandwidth limitation and communication network type into account,constructs a communication network resource allocation optimization model based on quantum genetic algorithm,quantum codes the target of network resource allocation optimization,evalu-ates the fitness of network resource allocation,and obtains the optimal solution of network re-sourcc allocation optimization.By adjusting the scheduling factor of resource allocation in the communication network,the dynamic adjustment mechanism is introduced according to the real-time changes of the network load and communication behavior to adapt to the needs of re-source allocation in different situations.Through comparative experiments,the effectiveness of this method is verified,and the optimization performance is better compared with the traditional methods.
