狭小场地内大悬挑钢桁架连廊施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高钢结构连廊施工质量,以某超高层项目为背景,提出了对大跨度钢结构连廊施工方案技术的设计与方案研究。该项目主楼、裙房通过3~5层钢桁架连廊连通,钢连廊整体跨度大、造型复杂、安装精度高、施工难度大,且连廊施工后会存在主楼及裙房的不均匀沉降。研究拟根据现场实际工况,对钢桁架进行合理分段、节点处设置支撑、施工全过程模拟分析、优化节点形式,为后续狭小空间内大跨度钢连廊施工提供借鉴。 In order to improve the construction quality of the steel structure corridor,the design and research of the construction scheme of the long-span steel structure corridor are put forward based on a super-high-rise project.The main building and the annex of the project are connected by a 3~5 story steel truss corridor,which has large overall span,complex shape,high installation precision and difficult construction,and there will be uneven settlement of the main building and the annex after the construction of the corridor.According to the actual working condition on the spot,the steel truss is divided into reasonable sections,the joints are provided with supports,the whole construction process is simulated and analyzed,and the joint form is optimized,it provides reference experience for subsequent construction of large-span steel corridor in narrow space.
