高职导师制创新型技能人才培养模式探讨

摘要 培养具有较强的创新意识和创新能力的技能型人才是当前我国制造业转型升级的迫切需要,近些年来,已有少数高职院校引入导师制,试图在具体实施层面突破高职院校创新型技能人才培养的短板,然而受限于高职院校导师资源相对匮乏、导师评价体系还未完全建立等因素,导师制并没能在高职院校得到延续和普及推广,因此文章提出一种基于现行考核机制的“深广结合”导师制,全员培养和特长生培养相结合,保障导师制的实施广度和实施深度,促进多层次创新型技能人才的培养。 Cultivating skilled talents with strong innovation awareness and innovation ability is an urgent need for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.In recent years,a few higher vocational colleges have introduced the tutorial system,trying to break through the shortcomings of innovative skilled talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges at the specific implementation level.However,due to the relative lack of tutor resources in higher vocational colleges,the tutor evaluation system has not been fully established and other factors,The tutorial system has not been continued and popularized in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper proposes a"deep and broad combination"tutorial system based on the current assessment mechanism,which combines the training of all staffwith the training of students with special skills to ensure the breadth and depth of the implementation of the tutorial system and promote the training of multi-level innovative skilled personnel.
