城轨车辆内装部件应用分析及轻量化研究

Application analysis and lightweight research on interior components of urban rail vehicles

摘要 为了实现城轨车辆的减重,文章详细阐述了其客室内装的组成,从内装部件的材料、工艺及安装方式等方面提出了轻量化设计方法,并以武汉地铁19号线车辆为例,比较分析了内装部件轻量化设计对整车的减重效果,指出客室座椅、地板布、扶手、纵横梁等部件可轻量化设计的空间较大。 In order to realize the light-weighting of urban rail vehicles,the paper elaborates the composition of the passenger room interior decoration in urban rail vehicles,and proposes lightweight design methods from the aspects of materials,processes and installation methods of interior components.Taking the Wuhan Metro Line 19 vehicle as an example,the light-weighting effect of the whole vehicle is compared and analyzed from the lightweight design of interior components.It is pointed out that there is a relatively large space for lightweight design of components such as seats,floor cloth,armrests,longitudinal and transverse beams in the passenger room.
