摘要
近年来,人工智能大语言模型发展迅速,尤其是ChatGPT以其强大的语言处理系统掀起了人工智能新的发展浪潮。文章在梳理相关文献的基础上,对ChatGPT在医学教学领域的运用场景进行了整理和思考,从理论学习、决策辅助、教学设计、医学科研等四个方面对ChatGPT在临床实践教学中的影响进行了综合评价,探讨了ChatGPT在临床实践教学的使用过程,同时也对其在实际医学教育使用中所面临的挑战和不足进行深入分析,以期为ChatGPT在医学教育领域的发展提供新的思路。
In recent years,artificial intelligence large language models have developed rap⁃idly,and ChatGPT’s powerful language processing system has set off a new wave of artificial intelli⁃gence development.On the basis of combing the analysis of relevant literature,this paper sorts out and discusses the application scenarios of ChatGPT in the field of medical teaching.It comprehen⁃sively evaluates the impact of ChatGPT in clinical practice teaching from theoretical learning,decision aids,teaching design and medical scientific research,discusses the process of application of ChatGPT in clinical practice teaching,and at the same time,deeply analyzes the challenges and shortcomings it faces in the actual use of medical education,so as to provide new idea for the development of Chat⁃GPT in medical education.
