摘要
本文基于燃料电池汽车的应用场景,提出了基于实际运行需求的燃料电池堆的台架振动的测试评价方法。首先,针对燃料电池物流车进行实际路面的载荷谱采集;其次,基于用户关联等损伤的原理,进行全生命周期载荷谱外推;最后,建立了基于物流车使用场景的台架振动试验方法。研究表明,燃料电池堆在50 Hz得振动频率最大,200 Hz以上基本没有。
Based on the application scenario of fuel cell vehicles,a test and evaluation method for bench vibration of fuel cell stack based on actual operation requirements is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the load spectrum of fuel cell logistics vehicles on the actual road surface is collected.Secondly,based on the principle of user correlation and other damage,load spectrum of the whole life-cycle is extrapolated.Finally,a bench vibration test method based on usage scenarios of logistics vehicles is proposed.The research shows that the fuel cell stack has the maximum vibration frequency at 50 Hz,and there is basically no vibration above 200 Hz.
