摘要
本文依据JJF 1059.1—2012、JJG 1151—2018建立了液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪泵流量和最小检测量测定结果的不确定度评定的数学模型,阐述了测量结果的不确定度评定方法,确定测量过程中不确定度的来源,并对不确定度进行计算,为后续开展液相色谱-原子荧光联用仪的检定校准工作提供参考。
Based on JJF 1059.1-2012 and JJG 1151-2018,this article establishes a mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainty of the pump flow rate and minimum detection amount measurement results by liquid chromatographatomic fluorescence spectrometers.It explains the method for evaluating the uncertainty of measurement results,determines the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process,and calculates the uncertainty,providing reference for the subsequent calibration work of liquid chromatograph-atomic fluorescence spectrometers.
