摘要
职业教育数字化转型是高质量发展的重要任务,对其转型阶段的学理阐释是推进其纵深发展的重要前提。职业教育数字化转型本身是一个创新生态系统,是数字技术驱动职业教育多主体、多组织协同发展的演进过程。基于创新生态系统理论,职业教育数字化转型划分为业务改造、组织变革和生态重塑三个阶段。职业教育数字化转型在不同阶段侧重于不同的行动任务,业务改造阶段聚焦教学与社会服务的业务数据化转型,组织变革阶段聚焦组织关系和组织惯性的重构,生态重塑阶段则聚焦形成职业教育数智治理新范式和数智文化新基因。
The digital transformation of vocational education is an important task for high-quality development,and a theoretical explanation of its development stage is an important prerequisite for promoting its in-depth development.The digital transformation of vocational education is an innovative ecosystem,an evolutionary process driven by digital technology for the coordinated development of multiple subjects and organizations in vocational education.Based on the innovation ecosystem theory,the digital transformation of vocational education can be divided into three stages:business transformation,organizational change,and ecological reshaping.The digital transformation of vocational education focuses on different action tasks at various stages.In the business transformation stage,it focuses on the business data transformation of teaching and social services.In the organizational change stage,it focuses on the reconstruction of organizational relationships and inertia.In the ecological reshaping stage,it focuses on forming a new paradigm of digital governance and a new gene of digital culture in vocational education.
