摘要
随着全球经济一体化的不断发展和产业结构的升级,高等职业教育正面临着新的机遇和挑战。产教融合作为高职教育的重要发展方向,对于提高教育质量和效果具有重要意义。从产教融合的视角出发,探讨高职教育“三教”改革的研究与实践,包括师资队伍建设、教材开发和教学方法改革等方面。通过深入分析,认为只有将企业行业的需求和学校的实际情况相结合,才能推动高职教育的持续发展,培养更多高素质技术技能人才,为经济发展和社会进步作出贡献。
With the continuous development of global economic integration and the upgrading of industrial structure,higher vocational education is facing new challenges and opportunities.As an important development direction of higher vocational education,the integration of industry and education is of great significance for improving the quality and effect of education.From the perspective of industry-education integration,this paper discusses the research and practice of the“three education”reformin higher vocational education,including the development of teachers,the development of teaching materials and the reform of teaching methods.Through the in-depth analysis of these aspects,it believes that only the combination of the needs of enterprises and industries with the actual situation of schools can promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education,cultivate more high-quality skilled talents,and make contributions to economic development and social progress.
