摘要
基于2018年和2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,实证检验数字素养对农村劳动力非农就业的影响与作用机制。结果发现:农村劳动力的数字素养能显著促进其非农就业,且对其非正规就业的促进作用大于正规就业。数字素养主要通过促进农村劳动力的学历匹配、拓宽农村劳动力的学习路径、丰富农村劳动力的社会网络,提升农村劳动力的就业能力,进而促进其非农就业。异质性分析发现,数字素养对女性和中青年农村劳动力正规就业的促进作用更加显著,对低学历农村劳动力的非正规就业促进作用更为明显。
Based on the data of China Household Tracking Survey(CFPS)in 2018 and 2020,the influence and mechanism of digital literacy on non-agricultural employment of rural labor have been studied empirically.The findings show that digital literacy of rural labor promotes their non-agricultural employment significantly,and its promoting effect on the informal employment is greater than that on formal employment.Through upgrading the rural labor’s academic qualification matching,broadening their learning path and enriching their social network,digital literacy could promote the employability of the rural labor,and thus boost their non-agricultural employment.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital literacy has a more significant impact on promoting formal employment of female and young rural labor,as well as informal employment of less-educated rural labor.
