摘要
“双减”政策有效落地以及教育的提质增效,“低生育”带来的就业竞争压力,都需要高职院校培养一批高质量的小学教师。当前,地方高职院校小学教育专业人才培养方面存在着人才培养目标模糊、课程体系陈旧、教育实践机会少、人才培养质量不高等问题。为提高人才培养质量,高职院校应厚植乡土情怀,培养扎根乡村的小学教师;构建基于“岗课赛证”融通的课程体系,培养“一专多能”小学教师;构建“双平台、双导师,四阶段”协同育人实践教学体系,提升学生实践能力;探索人才分层培养,培养一批学历水平高、实践能力强、综合素养硬的乡村小学教师。
The effective implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the improvement and efficiency of education quality,as well as the employment competition pressure brought about by "low fertility",all require vocational colleges to cultivate a group of high-quality primary school teachers.At present,there are problems in the cultivation of primary education professionals in local vocational colleges,such as unclear talent cultivation goals,outdated curriculum systems,limited opportunities for educational practice,and low quality of talent cultivation.To improve the quality of talent cultivation,vocational colleges should cultivate a strong sense of local sentiment and cultivate primary school teachers rooted in rural areas;Building a curriculum system based on the integration of "on-the-job course competition and certification",and cultivating primary school teachers with "one specialty and multiple abilities";Building a collaborative education practice teaching system with "dual platforms,dual mentors,and four stages" to enhance students' practical abilities;Explore hierarchical talent cultivation and cultivate a group of rural primary school teachers with high educational levels,strong practical abilities,and strong comprehensive qualities.
