摘要
由于生产上缺乏抗菌核病果桑品种,化学防治仍是目前桑椹菌核病防控的主要措施。开发安全、高效的生防药剂,替代或减少常规农药使用,是当前桑椹菌核病防治的重要研究方向。本研究对桑实杯盘菌子实体进行培养,分离鉴定其重寄生菌,并与桑实杯盘菌进行平板对峙试验,筛选出5株重寄生菌,经初步鉴定DZ5菌株为拟康宁木霉(Trichoderma koningiopsis),试验发现DZ5能显著抑制AF2014019菌丝生长发育及菌核形成,具有很好的开发应用潜力。
Due to the lack of antibacterial mulberry varieties in production,chemical control remains the primary measures for the prevention and control of Ciboria shiraiana.The development of safe and efficient biological control agents to replace or reduce conventional pesticide use is an important research direction in the current control of Ciboria shiraiana.In this study,the fruiting bodies of C.shiraiana were cultured,and its hyperparasitic fungi were isolated and identified.In a confrontation test between these fungi and C.shiraiana,five hyperparasitic strains were screened out.Preliminary identification revealed that the DZ5 strain(Trichoderma koningiopsis)effectively inhibited mycelial growth,development,and sclerotium formation of AF2014019 strain,highlighting its great potential for development and application.
