摘要
通过某市政道路下穿铁路的工程实例,详细介绍了框架桥涵全断面快速顶进的关键工序,采用桩基和D型钢便梁作为便桥,合理设置纵横抬梁,采用无覆土的全断面半带土顶入法。在顶进过程中引入智能顶进设备及技术,保证了既有铁路的安全,对铁路行车干扰小,减小了施工难度,缩短了工期。实践证明这些施工措施行之有效,对今后类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the engineering example of a municipal road crossing a railway,introduces in detail the key process of rapid jacking of the entire section of a frame bridge and culvert.The pile foundation and D-shaped steel beam are used as temporary bridges,and the longitudinal and transverse lifting beams are reasonably set up.The full section semi strip soil jacking method without covering soil is adopted.The introduction of intelligent jacking equipment and technology during the jacking process ensures the safety of existing railways,minimizes interference with railway operations,reduces construction difficulty,and shortens the construction period.Practice has proven that these construction measures are effective and have certain reference significance for similar projects in the future.
